Coyne’s Will Soon Accompany Bardenay Eagle
As a frequent customer of Kevin Settles’ Bardenay Restaurant in Eagle, I know all too well that it’s often difficult to find a seat at the popular Eagle Bardenay restaurant/bar/distillery.
Sometimes, success can become too much of a good thing.
Build another restaurant to accompany Bardenay Eagle!
Kevin Settles’ new restaurant will be called “Coyne’s” in a tribute to his mother and her family name.
The new restaurant is under construction at 676 E. Riverside Drive, about a quarter-mile away from Bardenay in Eagle.
Coyne’s next-door neighbor will be the new Homewood Suites hotel that’s also under construction.
Coyne’s will offer a “refined”, yet casual, dining experience with reservations and seating for larger groups.
Bardenay’s famous distilled spirits will be served, but Coyne’s will not have Bardenay’s trademark distillery featured in the building.
The new 6,000 sq. ft. restaurant/bar will offer seating for about 200 inside, as well as seating for another 50 patrons on the all-seasons covered patio.
Those of us who live in Eagle welcome the addition of another quality local dining experience!
