Proposed Downtown Eagle Idaho Redevelopment Project
Marissa & Marina Imports, LLC has presented a proposal to the Eagle Urban Renewal Agency to redevelop a portion of downtown Eagle.
If approved, downtown Eagle Idaho will be transformed dramatically!
The project would replace the existing Wild West Bakery, the Eagle Museum of History and Preservation, and the old barbershop.
To accommodate the new development, the Eagle Museum will be relocated to the old St. Matthews Catholic Church, which was recently acquired by the City of Eagle for $1.15 million.
The development is intended to be a “catalyst project’ that would set the tone for other future redevelopment efforts in downtown Eagle.
The proposed project will include two buildings with nearly 8,000 sq. ft. of retail and restaurant space on the ground level and 10,100 sq. ft. of office space on the second level.
One of the buildings would have a third level designed for one-bedroom and two-bedroom residential spaces.
