Eagle View Landing is under construction!
Ball Ventures Ahlquist (BVA), headed by developer Tommy Ahlquist, broke ground for the second building in Eagle View Landing this past week.
The 51-acre development will include medical office buildings, a hotel, retail, restaurants, and a (rumored) TopGolf facility.
The prominent project will occupy one of the most visible locations in the Treasure Valley at the southeast corner of I-84 and Eagle Road.
Idaho Central Credit Union HQ
BVA broke ground on the first building in the development this past May, which will be the new five-story headquarters for Idaho Central Credit Union.
ICCU will occupy 125,000 square feet of the building, including offices, a call center, training facilities, and back office support.
Upon completion, Eagle View Landing will include one million square feet of office, commercial, and residential buildings.
Americor Is Coming to Meridian, Idaho
The second building that got underway this past week, will be home to Irvine, California based Americor, a financial services company that is expanding to Meridian.
Americor will occupy two of the three floors of its building and expects to create 500-800 new jobs with the new facility.
Additional buildings and tenants for Eagle View Landing will be announced in the future.
