The Secret Language of Boise Real Estate

August 4, 2016

You’ve surely heard some of the “real estate speak” used to describe Boise real estate listings.

Here’s an insider’s view on how to interpret those descriptions.

Potential

This property is not yet what it could be, and may never be.

Cozy

You’ll get to know yourself really well if you buy this one.

Rare

This home is so odd that you may never see another one like it.

Hard-To-Find

You couldn’t find another property like this if you tried.

Amazing

Just when you thought you’d seen everything!

Stunning

Similar to amazing; only more so.

Classic

This property may have been Adam and Eve’s first home.

Original

Absolutely nothing has been changed since this home was built.

Quaint

Quaint is a synonym for odd.

Charmer

To the contrary, this home didn’t graduate from charm school!

Mature Landscaping

If it were hair, it would be gray.
