I am also a recovering Californian, having spent 20 years in real estate while living in the Bay Area, Sacramento, and Grass Valley areas prior to moving to Idaho in 1991.
Finally, I am also the author of SELLING REAL ESTATE . . . . How To Succeed In The Real World, a popular real estate text that sold out three printings.
My latest book, 101 Real Estate Success Secrets, is in its second printing and explains how I provide an exceptional level of personalized service to my clients.
I am not a mass-production mega-agent with a “team” and a big ego.
Rest assured that you will not be handed off to an inexperienced, junior agent.
Instead, I work personally ( by appointment) with only a few clients at a time in order to ensure a very high level of personal service and expertise.
