National New Home Sales Are Up

New home sales across the U.S. increased a healthy 27.7% from a year ago and remain near a two-year high, with every region up in the last year.

Nationally, months’ supply of new homes now stands at 4.5 months.

The median sales price for a new home in the U.S. hit $256,900, up 11.2%, in August ~ the largest monthly increase since 1963.

The Boise area’s new homes remain a bargain when compared to the national numbers!
