Consumers Are In No Hurry To Borrow More
A recent survey by BankRate is indicating that consumers aren’t eager to take on more debt.
The survey confirmed that low interest rates are not enough to entice most consumers to borrow more.
74% of consumers said they were not interested in taking on debt while 23% said they were more inclined to borrow.
I am seeing the same sentiment here in the Boise area.
Many of my clients could move up to a nicer home, but unless they have undergone a lifestyle change, they’re staying put.
