Spirit of Boise Balloon Festival – Night Glow
This is my last Spirit of Boise Balloon Festival post ~ I promise!
I guess it’s quite obvious by now that I have enjoyed every minute helping crew the RE/MAX Balloon this past few days!
Last night was a beautiful Boise evening with an estimated 15,000 – 20,000 people in the audience!
I was privileged to be behind the lines as a crew member and managed to get these shots in very challenging lighting conditions last night.

Yeah, I was pleased with the good ones, but it was tricky shooting a brightly-illuminated subject against a black background.
Most of my shots didn’t turn out, due to timing of the shot vs. when the pilots ignited their burners (long exposures).
