This is some new and interesting data…thanks! (Not sure what it tells me, but it’s thought-provoking.)

I thought it was interesting to see the ages of the properties that are selling nowadays.
Those “under construction” and “new, never occupied” numbers didn’t exist 3-4 years ago.
I also thought it was interesting that there were so few “to be built” (build jobs) in the data.
I think many build jobs never show up in MLS data.

I find it interesting that so many old homes were sold. Alot more than I thought there would be. Thanks Phil.

Hi Steve ~
Yeah, I was surprised at that too.
And, I was also very surprised at the meager number of “to be built” homes, but I think that’s because many of those never get listed in MLS.
