My buyer clients often want to know how much they can negotiate on price when we’re discussing how much to offer on a home.
My answer in today’s market is “not much”.

- Asking Price: $210,035
- Sales Price: $207,876
- % of Asking Price: 98.9%
Median Prices
- Asking Price: $174,900
- Sales Price: $174,000
- % of Asking Price: 99.5%
Data pertains to Ada County single-family homes on lot/acreage. Data does not include condo or townhome properties.
