- Cash: 98 (23.3%)
- FHA: 104 (24.7&)
- VA: 33 (7.8%)
- Conventional: 160 (38.0%)
- IHA: 19 (4.5%)
- Rural Development: 4 (1.0%)
- Assumed Loan: None
- Seller Carry: 3 (.71%)
Data pertains to Ada County single-family homes on lot/acreage. Data does not include condo or townhome properties.
