Not to be picky, but a percentage of “real” listings would be helpful…50.7% in this case.

Interesting to note that we’re running at about 50% of “real listings” in both Ada and Canyon counties now.
When you further break it down to what a buyer wants, you’re lucky to have a couple of homes to look at.
With last week’s sale, I again had ONE home that worked after initially pulling nearly 100 listings and reviewing them.
And, am closing one today out in Kuna where only ONE home made sense and that’s the one we bought.
