Please Leave Your Message At The Beep
Surveys have shown that the public’s #1 beef with Realtors® is poor communication.
All too often, you call a Realtor® and get a voicemail greeting that goes something like . . .
“This is Fred. I’m on another call or working with a client, but your call is important to me!”
“Please leave a message at the beep and I’ll return your call as soon as I can”.
Then, you wait.
And wait.
And wait.
And Fred never calls back.
After much thought, I have devised an ingenious solution.
I answer my phone!
Sounds amazing, but if you call me at (208)938-5533, you are almost certain to hear me say “This is Phil!”
Answering my phone is just one of many amazing services I offer to my clients.
I will also answer your e-mails, show up on time, and tell you the truth ~ even if it means we don’t do business together.
In fact, I push my e-mail to my Blackberry so I have continuous e-mail capability, even if I am not in my office.
The phone answering thing is actually pretty simple.
I use Call Forwarding and one phone number so you don’t have to figure out if you should call me at home, the office, my cell phone, my pager, etc.
Regardless of where I may be, your call will get to me and I will answer it unless otherwise engaged (eating, bodily functions, working with another client, in a meeting, out of cell range, etc.)
In the unlikely event that you get my voicemail, I will return your call promptly.
I often return calls from my Caller ID while callers are leaving a message for me.
Gee, what will I think of next?
