Phil,
If your numbers are accurate, why does Trulia.com count only 30 sales in January for Boise and only 186 sales from last August through mid-February?
I write feature housing market articles for http://www.realestatechannel.com and need accurate and reliable sales figures. NAR is not to be trusted.
A reply would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Keith ~
I can’t say why Trulia is posting inaccurate data, but my statistics are straight from our MLS.
Thanks!
