Thanks For A Terrific 2009!
Thanks to many of you reading this blog, 2009 was my best year in 37+ years of real estate.
75% of my 2009 business came from loyal repeat clients and referrals.
2009 was definitely a challenging market with many transactions requiring unique and creative solutions.
For whatever reason, I always seem to do better in difficult markets than I do in so-called “easy” markets.
I thrive on tackling challenges and helping my clients achieve positive outcomes, regardless of market conditions.
