Rare Positive Real Estate News

Yeah, I know ~ it’s not fashionable to say anything positive about real estate, but here goes  .  .  .

  • Approximately 30% of all U.S. homes are free and clear and do not have a mortgage.
  • Of the 70% of homes that do have a mortgage, 96% are NOT in foreclosure.

Gee, maybe all is not doom and gloom after all?

“Gee, maybe all is not doom and gloom after all?”

Hilarious. The situation in RRE and CRE is doom and gloom and with continued budget shortfalls, lay offs and double digit unemployment in conjunction with frozen credit markets it will only get worse. Hope you made a ton of money during the boom years because they won’t be coming back for many years.
