Here’s a breakdown of Boise real estate’s YTD 2009 pending sales:

Interesting points to ponder:

  • Our pending sales in June are double those of January.
  • There is a steady upward trend of pending sales year-to-date.
  • Seasonality plays a role in these numbers.
  • Many of these pending sales are short sales that never close escrow.
  • July and August’s pending sales numbers will reveal if we have reached a plateau of about 1,000 pending sales/month this Summer.

Date pertains to Ada County single-family residential properties on lot/acreage and does not include condo or townhome properties.
