Phil, you rock! I read Brian's post about the things you did for them upon their arrival in Boise. Truly the mark of a great real estate agent, someone who enjoys the people he is working with and strives to take it beyond just 'a job' or 'a commission'. The industry needs more agents like this Phil!

Great work, good sir.

@Brian Hope everything goes well for you and the family! Welcome to the Rocky Mountains; we love it here and hope you will too!

As you know, you guys are special to me.
We have become good friends and I cherish our relationship.
As for retiring, I would feel cheated if I had to give up helping my clients with their real estate needs.
Not to mention being bored with the traditional definition of retirement.
Really glad you are so happy here!

Hi Phil!

Thanks for the surprise post! You're featured in the first video, as you know. We decided that it's a cool thing for other prospective clients of yours to "see you in action" in living color. That was the big payoff day, but of course what nobody sees is all the hard work you put in for us for OVER A YEAR. The first paragraph of my blog post originally went into much more detail about all the nice things you did, and how glad we were that we chose the right agent, but then it ended up sounding a little too much like you had paid for those accolades and I simplified things. :) But in truth, we can't say enough wonderful things about your service and our experience.

It's clear why so much of your business is from repeat clients. If you are not retired by the time we move again (if we ever do), you'll of course be the only one we call!

Thanks again for everything,
Brian & Family
