Boise's Best MLS Search

I have recently implemented a powerful new map-based MLS Search on this blog.

Give it a try by clicking on the icon at the top right of this page and experiment with the deep variety of search tools it offers!

Best of all ~ no registration is required!

Let me know how you like it, okay?

I like it a lot. Smooth, and gives you information that most Realtors don’t like the “common man” to see—like price drops, location, and time on market.

    Phil,

I’ve been using your new MLS search for about a week and it’s the best I’ve come across hands down. Whatever it is costing you, will be worth it.
I have discovered that even though no registration is REQUIRED to use the system, that by registering, the system automatically saves my searches, recent listing views, and I can add notes to each listing to read at any time; I can save and customize and name searches, and more. My family is actually using a single account to all share our searches and favorite listings with each other. My wife can e-mail me at work and say she just added 5 great new homes to our account and I can log in and see everything she’s done, along with her comments on each.

I’ve never seen anything like this, and I love it! Truly world-class.

    Thanks for your input, Brian.
Yes, it IS expensive, but people apparently love my new MLS search!
According to my Google Analytics, 262 people have viewed 1,046 pages using it in the 12 days since I implemented it!
    Amazing !!!

This is really cool. Do you now if this service is available in the Georgia market? I’ve been thinking about incorporating IDX search capability into my Buckhead real estate blog. I would really appreciate any advice you have.
