8 of the 18 sales were in Eagle, with the rest distributed amongst other MLS areas.
The lowest price was $520,000 and the highest price was $1,275,000.
Marketing times ranged from 14 to 221 days.
These 18 sales comprise a 5.6% market share of the 322 closed single-family homes on lot/acreage during the 10/1/08 to 10/25/08 time period.

So sales above $500k accounted for about 6% of the October sales, but what percentage of listed inventory does the over $500k range represent in Ada?

Just checked and we have 541 available single-family homes above $500k asking price vs. 4,536 total available listings.
That works out to 11.9%
Data is for Ada County single-family homes on lot/acreage.
