Have you been there lately?  It&#039;s  ruckus.

I think that whether you&#039;re a buyer/seller or agent, there are things on that list that that have become ineffective.  I will say however, from a Realtors standpoint, that recently I was doing an open house in a new construction home and met some folks that wanted to sell their home.  I met with them, showed them the market, we priced it &lt;a href=&quot;http://boiserealestatesoup.com/2008/11/12/5-things-you-must-do-to-sell-your-home/&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;Right&lt;/a&gt; and it sold in 4 days.  So, from a sellers perspective, the Right price was one of the keys to getting it sold.  From an agents perspective, the open house was just a way for me to meet some folks.  Unfortunatley, the open house did nothing for the New Construction Home.</description>
