Canyon County High-End Market Stats

I have been working with buyers looking for a large home on small acreage over the past few weeks.

We looked at about 20+properties this past weekend, and as part of my research I analyzed the Canyon County market for properties priced $500,000 and up.

Here’s what I discovered:

  • 144 properties available.
  • 3 properties in escrow.
  • 5 properties closed year-to-date.

That works out to an absorption rate of one property per month, resulting in a 12-year supply of listing inventory above $500,0o0.

If that isn’t a buyer’s market, I don’t know what is!
