Online Transaction Management
I use Title One for my title and escrow services whenever possible.
Title One offers truly remarkable service, perhaps due the fact that they were smart enough to hire the best professionals in the business and give them a stake in the company when they opened for business 5+ years ago.
I also like Title One’s online transaction management system.
When I open a new escrow with Title One, they set it up on their online system and upload all of the contact information, the preliminary title report, and keep me updated as my transaction progresses.
If I need a copy of any of the documents, I simply log onto the system and print a pdf file, or save it to my own computer.
As we approach closing, they upload the buyer and seller closing documents and notify me so I can log on, retrieve the closing documents, and review them.
And, when the transaction closes, their system automatically notifies me.
Sure beats awaiting delivery or faxing of hard copy paperwork!
