Thinking of Moving Up?
In 35+ years of real estate, I have rarely seen the buying opportunities that now exist in the Boise real estate market.
With more than 4,200 single-family homes for sale in the Boise area, eager sellers are conceding price, paying buyer’s closing costs, and even offering bonus commissions to buyer’s agents to entice them to show their homes.
(BTW ~ I pass bonus commissions through to my buyers, which means you get an even better deal!)
If you are thinking of moving up to a nicer, larger home, this is the time to make your move!
Contrary to what you may believe, your present home will sell if you price it correctly and put it into “no apology” condition.
It’s true that less than 10% of the available homes are selling each month, but that’s because 90% of the homes on the market are not in top showing condition and/or are not priced for current market conditions.
The secret to moving up to a nicer home in this market is that the deals get better and better as you go up in price.
You may not get as much as you would like for your present home, but you’ll more than make up for it with the home you buy.
