A Day In The Life Of A Boise Realtor – Part IV
After further researching the MLS listing inventory in the middle of the night last night, and previewing more homes this morning, I showed my buyers three new Paramount subdivision listings offered by Capitol Building Company late this afternoon.
They have chosen one of those homes and will make an offer tomorrow.
The seller is offering $12,000 of seller-paid concessions for the buyer and a $3,000 bonus commission to me for an acceptable offer on each of the three listings.
I will pass that bonus commission through to my clients and we will write a clean, firm offer after deducting the seller-paid buyer concessions.
My intent is to craft a clear, concise, unambiguous offer that the seller will find difficult to decline.
My buyers will bring a pre-approved loan, substantial earnest money, and fast closing to the table.
I am 110% convinced that I have found precisely the best solution for my buyers.
Stay tuned for the results of our negotations.
