If You Get Stopped For Speeding . . . .
Rumor has it that law enforcement officers in the Boise Area are now asking for real estate licenses when making traffic stops.
Why?
Because it seems that not everyone has a driver’s license
Yes, it seems as though everyone has gone into real estate!
At last count, our Intermountain MLS reported just under 5,700 members and that number continues to increase each month.
I suspect that many newcomers to the profession will soon figure out that real estate isn’t as easy as it seems; especially when they get their annual dues statement in December.
A well-placed source tells me that the Ada County Association of Realtors is budgeting for 40% fewer members in 2007.
